Noise Study & Land Use Survey

On October 5, 2017, City of Saskatoon Neighbourhood Planning held an Open House at St. Dominic School. The Local Area Plan (LAP) Committee, Montgomery Place Community Association and residents of Montgomery Place were invited to:

  1. review the information collected in regards to the noise monitoring that occurred in the neighbourhood in fall 2016 and spring 2017,
  2. review the results of the recent land use survey and what residents and property owners had to say about future land uses in and around the neighbourhood, and to
  3. learn more about the Montgomery Place Local Area Plan and where Neighbourhood Planning staff are at with research for the document, and finalizing recommendations for improvements and enhancements for the neighbourhood.
