For those of you with properties backing the old Burma Road, this is an update from Linda Andal, Director of the Civic Operations Centre (COC) project, City of Saskatoon.  For this winter, properties affected by the berm construction will still have access to back entrances. Hopefully this will be a permanent access.

Andal reported:  “As part of the larger Civic Operations Centre Project a visual earthen berm is being constructed on land that the City acquired from CN Rail. All existing right of ways on the north side of the berm used by residents will be left in place and unobstructed for the duration of the construction. A 5m wide fair weather access road will also be constructed on the south side of the berm, for the entire length of the berm for the exclusive use of CN Rail.”
