Clarification of construction on vacant lot at east end of Mountbatten

The contractor who is starting the drainage construction on Dundonald Ave. is using the vacant lot at end of Mountbatten as a staging area for their equipment and temporary storage of earth they are digging up on Dundonald Ave. – once construction is finished earth will be restored and lot levelled and reseeded.
