St. David’s Trinity United Church in our neighbourhood is a very busy place! Not only are there two church services every Sunday (a United service in the morning and a Lutheran service in the evening), but something is also going on from Monday to Saturday each week. The church is like a community centre where groups such as Girl Guides, craft groups, and card players meet. The MPCA uses the lower hall for many of its weekly Indoor Programs, as well as for community and City information meetings. The church hosts the Annual Pancake Breakfast during our community garage sale, and also opens its doors during Remembrance Day Services. Our community is very fortunate to have the use of the church building and the volunteers who maintain it.

A Service of Remembrance and Hope
Sunday, December 22 – 6:30 pm
Christmas is a time for memories and remembering. Not all of our memories are filled with joy and happiness. Some of us are grieving the loss of loved ones, the loss of relationships, the loss of employment, the loss of health. In our time of loneliness and sadness, this worship service is an opportunity to know that we are not alone. We pray that you will experience God’s presence through prayers, scripture, music, and fellowship. All are welcome. Please feel free to extend this invitation to family and friends. We hope that it will be helpful and healing for all who attend.
