MPCA Annual General Meeting
Tuesday Oct. 3rd at 7pm, Montgomery School Library (Please note the change of date)
The Montgomery Place Community Association (MPCA) is a volunteer board comprised of residents from the community. Our goal is to organize, develop, and promote recreational, educational, and social programs for the residents of Montgomery Place, as well as maintain the unique character and history of the area. Our neighbourhood has always had a strong sense of community, so whether you are a long time resident or a newcomer, we welcome you to join our association and become involved. If you have some extra time to give back to your community, and would like to meet your neighbours and make new friends, come join us!
The Agenda includes the election of Directors. All MPCA Directorships are for a one-year term: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Communications, Community Watch, Indoor Programs, Membership, Social Events, Education, Members-at-large.
Check out this page on our website to find out more about the responsibilities of each MPCA executive position: www.montgomeryplace.ca/mpca-executive-positions
Being a part of your community association is a great way to get to know your neighbours and help make your neighbourhood a better place to live!
The MPCA is in need of volunteers for one of two Programs Director positions, as well as a Community Watch Director. For more info contact Barb at 306-382-6774.
