A Local Area Plan (LAP) for Montgomery Place

On November 19, 2018 Saskatoon City Council approved the Montgomery Place Local Area Plan.

The process began in May 2015. Over three years of consultation and study, the LAP includes contributions of more than 200 Montgomery Place community members who attended meetings, provided ideas and feedback, and helped to move the process forward.

The Montgomery Place LAP includes 50 recommendations that will be implemented over the short-, medium-, and long-term. City of Saskatoon Planning Department staff will work together with the Montgomery Place community to implement these local improvements.
